This year the auction will benefit APRON, Inc., the local initiative that provides financial relief to food and beverage industry professionals. This year’s live auction will be held online with video by professional auctioneer, Bill Menish who has nearly 20-years of experience, so bidders can participate no matter where they are. We will have an amazing selection with an estimated 500+ items available. Some of these items include a 19-year Willett Family Estate, Birthday Bourbon, Vintage Bottles, one-of-a-kind distillery experiences, and so much more. For the first time, the general public will have a chance to take home a few select KOBBE single barrel picks, including an OKI selected for Bourbon & Benevolence. We also will offer a couple of previous releases from Maker’s Mark and Bulleit. View current auction items HERE. Keep an eye out for more auction item announcements and releases in the coming weeks on KOBBE’s social platforms @502KOBBE.

The bourbon tasting portion of the night will include premium pours from eleven brands including Michter’s Distillery, Russell’s Reserve, Maker’s Mark, Smooth Ambler of West Virginia, Bulleit Frontier Whiskey, Buzzard’s Roost, Ragged Branch of Virginia, Rolling Fork Rum, Limestone Branch, Barrell Craft Spirits, and Kentucky Peerless. Plus, local wine & spirits expert, Leo Braddock, co-owner of The Breeze Wine Bar & Spirits will be curating a bar featuring select wines, champagne, and beers.

The event will also incorporate an outdoor cigar lounge powered by Smokeasy Mobile Cigar Lounge. Also available will be a custom KOBBE barrel-aged coffee, made in conjunction with Stave n Bean. Guests can enjoy two food trucks on-site with Good Belly’s NY Deli-inspired sandwiches and El Rincon Oaxaqueño’s street tacos throughout the night. “This year the focus is fully on fundraising,” Mack said.
